Lush velvet vest and skirt set trimmed in embroidery, braid, and jet bead accents. Open vest with a hook-and-eye closure and distinctive matador inspirations paired wit a high-waisted pencil skirt. Flattering embroidery at the hip with side zipper and tab-and-bar closure. We would wear with a chiffon or silk charmeuse blouse with fabulous sleeves and ankle boots. Black.
