Floral Sequined Needlepoint Ruffle Top

Whimsical sequined ruffle blouse by Oscar de la Renta. Tiny sequins cover this entire blouse, featuring a floral design that draws from Victorian needlepoint. A high neck and long sleeves are finished with a lace collar and cuffs, adding to the old world air. Small satin bow under the collar, with keyhole back and hook-and-eye closure. We would wear cinched with a skinny belt over either a high waisted pencil or circle skirt, finished with a red lip.
