A ruched, ruffle blossom adorned cocktail dress by Lillie Rubin. Fitted strapless boned bodice tops a short skirt featuring two large sequin and bead appliqué flowers riding the asymmetrical ruffle wave that encircles the skirt with sheer lace hem. Fully lined with back vent and back zipper entry. This sculptural piece was made for dancing or evening cocktails, and we would wear with black strappy heels and oversized crystal drop earrings.
