Lace Halter Slip Dress

Lingerie inspired halter slip dress by Bill Blass. Sheer layers of lace mesh and silk chiffon create a whisper-light, barely-there feminine cocktail dress. Lightly contoured waist opening up to a slim straight pencil skirt finished with back zipper with hook-and-eye closure and back-neck button. We would layer over a nude microfiber slip and finish with a leather jacket and deep burgundy lip for a little leather-and-lace action. Black.
