Layered Velvet Burnout Gown

Body-skimming sheer layered velvet burnout gown by Donna Karan. Pullover-style spaghetti strap sheath dress with a weighted cowl neckline is cut on the bias and sweeps down to a full skirt with loads of movement and a leg opening that kicks out to flash a hint of skin with every step. Sections of two-tone flourish print velvet seep into sections of all-black and sheer burnout over a silk blend metallic lining that lends a lingerie-like aesthetic. We would wear with a jet rhinestone drop earring and deep berry lip while dancing in our living room, waiting for the ball to drop. Black, dark bronze.
