Madras Plaid Jacket & Skirt Set

Cheerful madras plaid tweed two-piece skirt suit set by Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche. Colorful checked tweed makes a statement with a nipped-in waist and wrap skirt. Double-breasted jacket features a strong shoulder for a sharp silhouette trimmed in gleaming wooden shank buttons. Button-front wrap skirt has pockets with a slight a-line shape with stitched knife-pleats in the front and a flat vented back. Looks amazing as a set, we'd wear with black ankle boots, a black wool beret, and carry with a quilted Chanel Boy Bag- but would just as easily separate the two and wear the jacket with jeans, riding boots and a newsboy cap.
