Neapolitan Chiffon Blouse and Pant Set

Dreamy silk chiffon set in creamy Neapolitan pastels. Bubble hem blouse is airy and light, with a tank-style inner base attached to a billowy outer shell. Elastic garters at the waist and sleeve cuffs adds volume without weight, and a simple slit-neck opening with tie keeps the look from becoming too fussy. Double layered chiffon pant with elastic waist and small thread loops can be wrapped with the long spaghetti tie. This set is missing its label, but we believe it to be by Bill Blass. We would finish this sweet look with a basket bag and large ball drop earrings, topped with a fitted vest. Berry pink, milk chocolate.

*Elastic garters at wrists are slightly loose due to age; we would replace if we wanted a tighter, more bloused fit at the wrist, but it doesn't affect the overall style. The spaghetti tie is coming loose at the seam and needs reinforcement (pictured); easily repairable.
