Raffia Net Pixie Hat

Ruffled raffia pixie hat by Leslie James is a sweet chocolate kiss for the head. Tiny raffia fans are layered around the entire surface of his pointed hat, creating small sculpted ruffles with a short net veil with velvet swiss dots. Inner rim lined in stiffened grosgrain with a round rolled cylinder knob of ribbon at the point of the crown.
