Pinwheel Painted Chiffon Dress

Sheer chiffon overlay cocktail dress by Zandra Rhodes. A floaty, feminine dress showcasing Rhodes' love of textiles prints that's appropriate for any event and can take you from day through night. A sheer chiffon "top" layer features a whimsical pinwheel swirl motif on a pointed diamond background adorned with delicate tassels that sits atop a fitted "skirt" layer with the same motif trimmed in woven ribbon. High round neck is dotted with tiny pearl beads and lightly padded unlined sheer long sleeves with button closure. Fully lined in an opaque silk lining with zipper back and keyhole button at the back neck. Silk sash tie belt included is a half shade darker, and can be tied over the top, under the top, or around the neck for light contrast. We would wear with a thin strappy white and long pearl drop earrings for an effortless, artistic look. Cornflower blue, white, pearl, dark navy, dark cornflower blue.
