Ruched flirty strapless dress by Lillie Rubin. Chiffon cocktail dress with a sweetheart neckline, allover ruching and a ruffle flounce hem. Strapless bodice features a shaped bust that creates a flattering hourglass silhouette and ruffle accent ties it all together. Back zipper. We would wear with black or metallic strappy heels, oversized silver hoop earrings and a black leather motorcycle jacket. Black, Cobalt Blue.
