Kilt-inspired blanket wrap skirt features a doubled length of fringed flannel with a single button closure at the waist that creates a waterfall effect. We would wear over leggings and a tissue turtleneck, topped with a chunky knit sweater, leather jacket, and motorcycle boots for an effortless cool when there's a chill in the air.
