Striking avant garde paneled cape with safety pins by Comme des Garçons. Wavy sueded panels fastened with safety pins are finished with a collared neck and buckle closure. The cape of our punk dreams; perfect over everything (We would wear it over a wide wide leg crop pant and turtleneck with a statement boot). Black, silver. Extra panel fabric included.
