Striped silk tie-neck popover blouse by Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche. Beautiful mini-dot textured silk charmeuse jacquard in rich jewel-toned vertical stripes. Popover-style half button placket with generously long, wide sash neck ties attached at the back collar. Long bishop sleeves with single button cuff finishes the look.
