Layered chiffon dress by Judy Hornby in glittering sunset watercolors. Bias-cut silk chiffon with chiffon lining skims across the body in a pullover-style dress. Outer chiffon layer features lightly textured brocade of baby blue spots and lightly glittering metallic silver thread. Layered asymmetrical hem with gathered 5/8 length sleeves and a narrow scoop neck adds to the ethereal aesthetic.
