Velvet Military Jacket

Lush velvet military-style jacket by Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche that may have been from his infamous Russian Collection. Fitted velvet jacket has a military-inspired bodice with a row of leather strap tab closures down the front. Contrast cording outlines a high neck, peplum waist, lightly padded puffed shoulders. Fully lined with bracelet length sleeves. We would wear with a silk print maxi skirt and ankle boots, paying homage to that iconic collection, but would also pair with black Comme des Garçons cropped pants and sneakers for a cool, ready-for-anything look. Bordeaux, tangerine, chocolate brown, silver.
