At Recess, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to your routine.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the new shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
