Sheer polka dot chiffon blouse with matching scarf tie by Givenchy for Martha. Floaty silk chiffon blouse is double layered along the body for light opacity and given the soft treatment with a seamed gathered yoke, lightly padded sheer bishop sleeves, and a elasticized blouson hem. Button front with decorative frosted transluscent buttons concealing a traditional button placket with and a collarless round neck with double snap closures for a clean finish. Matching scarf can be tied into a bow at the neck or wrapped around the head for a seamless finished look. Includes two extra buttons. We would wear with a cream cotton twill midi skirt, cream Chanel mules, and a woven basket bag for a softly sweet look. Dusty mint, white.
